Product Description

13 x 13 hand drawn on linen

Phebe Kriebel used berlin needlework in 1857 to create a town scene.  The variety of trees and simple houses have inspired me for several years.  This pattern uses the repetition of row houses in original. In collection of Schwenkfelder Library and Heritage Center, Pennsburg, PA

First in a series of patterns for 2015.

Loved, Loved, Loved this workshop!!!!! I have been waintng to incorporate Fraktur designs in my quilts, penny rugs, and hooked wool rugs for a couple years now .. I was excited to learn that you were returning to the area to do another workshop. It was a joyful experience . Creating your own design can feel overwhelming at first, but when it is completed it feels great!!! Susan- thanks for your encouragement, suggestions, and for sharing your creative inspirations!
